माता जाकी पार्वती पिता महादेवा ॥mātā jākī pārvatī pitā mahādevā ||

एक दन्त दयावन्त, चार भुजा धारी ।ek danta dayāvanta, cār bhujā dhārī |

माथे सिन्दूर सोहे, मूसे की सवारी ॥māthe sindūr sohe, mūse kī savārī ||

पान चढ़े फूल चढ़े, और चढ़े मेवा ।pān caṛhe phūl caṛhe, aur caṛhe mevā |

लड्डुअन का भोग लगे, सन्त करें सेवा ॥laḍḍuan kā bhog lage, santa kareṃ sevā ||

अन्धन को आँख देत, कोढ़िन को काया ।andhan ko ām̐kh det, koṛhin ko kāyā |

बाँझन को पुत्र देत, निर्धन को माया ॥bām̐jhan ko putra det, nirdhan ko māyā ||

सूर श्याम शरण आए, सफल कीजे सेवा ।sūr śyām śaraṇ āe, saphal kīje sevā |

माता जाकी पार्वती पिता महादेवा ॥mātā jākī pārvatī pitā mahādevā ||

The Roman line is IAST transliteration derived from the Devanagari (ā = long a, ṃ = anusvara, ḥ = visarga, ś/ṣ = sh sounds, c = ch as in “church”). In Hindi, Awadhi and Braj texts the silent final “a” is dropped. Transliteration does not show Vedic accents.
