Is the daily Panchang really free?
Yes. Panchang for any city and date, festival and Vrat dates, Choghadiya, Rahu Kaal, Kundli charts, the Kundli Milan score and Muhurat search are free to use.
How do I buy a report?
Open the page where the report is created (for example Kundli or Kundli Milan) and choose to unlock the detailed report there, so it is linked to the right chart or details.
When is my purchase activated?
As soon as we verify the payment with the payment provider. We never unlock a purchase on the basis of the browser alone.
Money was deducted but the order is not confirmed. What now?
It will be confirmed automatically once the payment provider notifies us, or the provider will refund it. You can also contact support with your order ID.
How do credits work?
Credits can be used instead of paying for each report. Credits do not expire and are not refundable as cash.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. Every paid order has a printable invoice in your account under Orders.
