Shvetashvatara Upanishad 6.11

एको देवः सर्वभूतेषु गूढः सर्वव्यापी सर्वभूतान्तरात्मा ।eko devaḥ sarvabhūteṣu gūḍhaḥ sarvavyāpī sarvabhūtāntarātmā |

कर्माध्यक्षः सर्वभूताधिवासः साक्षी चेता केवलो निर्गुणश्च ॥karmādhyakṣaḥ sarvabhūtādhivāsaḥ sākṣī cetā kevalo nirguṇaśca ||

Meaning

The one God hidden in all beings, all-pervading, the inner self of all, presides over all action and dwells in all beings: the witness, pure consciousness, alone and beyond qualities.

एक ही देव सब प्राणियों में छिपा है; वह सर्वव्यापी, सबका अन्तरात्मा, कर्मों का अधिष्ठाता, सबमें निवास करने वाला, साक्षी, चेतन, अद्वितीय और निर्गुण है।
