One Sanskrit verse a day from the Bhagavad Gita, the Upanishads, the Vedas, subhashitas and well-known stotras, with transliteration and meaning. 132 verses in rotation.

Katha Upanishad 1.3.14

uttiṣṭhata jāgrata prāpya varānnibodhata |

kṣurasya dhārā niśitā duratyayā durgaṃ pathastatkavayo vadanti ||

Meaning

Arise, awake, and learn by approaching the great teachers. The sages say the path is hard to tread, sharp as the edge of a razor.

The meaning is our own short paraphrase, not a word-for-word translation.
