Shukla Yajurveda (Vajasaneyi Samhita) 36.17

ॐ द्यौः शान्तिरन्तरिक्षं शान्तिः पृथिवी शान्तिरापः शान्तिरोषधयः शान्तिः ।oṃ dyauḥ śāntirantarikṣaṃ śāntiḥ pṛthivī śāntirāpaḥ śāntiroṣadhayaḥ śāntiḥ |

वनस्पतयः शान्तिर्विश्वेदेवाः शान्तिर्ब्रह्म शान्तिः सर्वं शान्तिः शान्तिरेव शान्तिः सा मा शान्तिरेधि ॥vanaspatayaḥ śāntirviśvedevāḥ śāntirbrahma śāntiḥ sarvaṃ śāntiḥ śāntireva śāntiḥ sā mā śāntiredhi ||

Meaning

Peace in the sky, peace in the mid-space, peace on earth; peace in the waters, the plants and the trees; peace in all the gods and in Brahman; peace in everything. May that peace itself come to me.

द्युलोक में शान्ति हो, अन्तरिक्ष में शान्ति हो, पृथ्वी पर शान्ति हो; जल, औषधियों और वनस्पतियों में शान्ति हो; सब देवों और ब्रह्म में शान्ति हो; सब कुछ शान्त हो। वह शान्ति मुझे भी प्राप्त हो।
