One Sanskrit verse a day from the Bhagavad Gita, the Upanishads, the Vedas, subhashitas and well-known stotras, with transliteration and meaning. 132 verses in rotation.

Bhagavad Gita 2.23

nainaṃ chindanti śastrāṇi nainaṃ dahati pāvakaḥ |

na cainaṃ kledayantyāpo na śoṣayati mārutaḥ ||

Meaning

Weapons do not cut the self, fire does not burn it, water does not wet it and wind does not dry it.

The meaning is our own short paraphrase, not a word-for-word translation.
