ਤੁਲਨਾ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ

- ਵਿਆਪਿਨੀ ਨਿਯਮ: ਦੀਵਾਲੀ (ਪ੍ਰਦੋਸ਼), ਜਨਮ ਅਸ਼ਟਮੀ (ਅੱਧੀ ਰਾਤ) ਜਾਂ ਨੌਮੀ ਵਰਗੇ ਤਿਉਹਾਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਖ਼ਾਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਤਿਥੀ ਨਾਲ ਤੈਅ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ; ਜਦੋਂ ਦੋ ਦਿਨ ਯੋਗ ਹੋਣ, ਪਰੰਪਰਾਵਾਂ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਚੋਣ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
- ਖੇਤਰੀ ਨਿਯਮ: ਕੋਈ ਰਾਜ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੂਰਜੀ ਜਾਂ ਚੰਦਰ ਕੈਲੰਡਰ, ਮਹੀਨਾ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ (ਅਮਾਂਤ ਜਾਂ ਪੂਰਣਿਮਾਂਤ) ਜਾਂ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਰੀਤ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
- ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨਿਕ ਮਿਤੀਆਂ: ਸਰਕਾਰ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਚਿਤ ਜਾਂ ਸੁਵਿਧਾਜਨਕ ਦਿਨ ਰੱਖ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।
